Hey peeps! So my surgery went really well, and I am hopeful for a quick recovery. When all I have to compare it to is last year's surgery it seems like a breeze. I still can't believe it has been a year since the wreck. Time has really flown by, and God has blessed me tremendously and has brought me so far this past year. I'm not going to write a lengthy post about it all, instead here is a little something to make you smile.
So we all know what Easter means.... PEEPS! Not only are these cute little mallows quite tasty, they are apparently little works of art as well. Check out these photos from the Washington Post Peeps Diorama Contest.... hilarious! Happy Easter everyone!

thanks chef heather! i'm doing really well! you and your hubby will have to make a weekend trip to brenham and you can critique my stuff :) i'm going to start doing the pastry biz full time after may. hope things are well with you!!
